1. Overview
Fitnessoiligamen provides coaching services rather than physical products. This policy outlines cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms for all coaching programs.
2. Discovery Calls
Complimentary discovery calls may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. No fees apply to discovery calls.
3. Program Cancellation Before Start
If you cancel a paid program before your first scheduled session:
- Cancellation within 7 days of payment: full refund minus a $25 administrative fee
- Cancellation after 7 days but before first session: 80% refund
- No refund is available after the first session has been completed
4. Mid-Program Withdrawal
If you choose to withdraw after sessions have begun, unused sessions may be refunded at a prorated rate minus a 15% administrative fee. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to helpcenter@fitnessoiligamen.world.
5. Session Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of that session. Emergency situations are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Ongoing Rhythm Program
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. You will retain access to scheduled sessions through the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided for the Ongoing Rhythm program.
7. Coach-Initiated Cancellation
If we cancel a session due to coach unavailability, you will be offered a rescheduled time or a full credit for the missed session. We are not liable for indirect costs associated with rescheduling.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary. You will receive email confirmation when a refund is initiated.
9. Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and promptly.
